Henry Vandergriff, <http://www.mobresistance.org/>, has been following the development of microchip implants since 1973. He is the author of The Last Golden Calf: The Microchip Identity, and has interviewed Joseph Woodland, the inventor of the UPC (Bar Code) for IBM, as well as a patent holder of microchips for pet and human implantation from the Illinois Institute of Technology who wishes to remain anonymous.  He has also written, Mystery Babylon: The Coming Microchip Economy and a devotional called UpWord Bound.
