Verotel plugin installation

 1. Enable plugin: go to aMember CP -> Setup -> Plugins and enable 
    "verotel" payment plugin.
 2. Configure plugin: go to aMember CP -> Setup -> Verotel 
    and configure it.
 3. Configure your Verotel Account - contact verotel support and ask
    them to set:
    Remote User Management script URL to
    {$config.root_url}/plugins/payment/verotel/ipn.php
    and secret code for IPN script to one you "generated" at
    aMember CP -> Setup -> Verotel 
 4. Run a test transaction to ensure everthing is working correctly.
